With elections due in June, Cllr.Tilley wished to thank the Council for their support and helpful attitude. Council in turn thanked the Councillor for her work on the village behalf and their appreciation for what she has done
Loose gravel from road resurfacing will be picked up. Enquired about District Council grass cutting contract, but this also included gardening. Clerk to contact DC for clarification
a) Accounts Clerk presented year end accounts for signing and informed Council that as before they were subject to change when reworked accounts had been finalised.

Chairman had nothing further to report or add to his report to the Annual Parish Meeting. He would like to say again a special thanks to Cheryl White for her excellent and hard work in bringing the accounts virtually up to date.

Cllr.Gill reported that the recreational football ground fencing had been ordered through AllPlay and they would also being making repairs to the existing fence.
Cllr. Isaacs was getting into contact with various landowners regarding gates etc and it had been decided that the landowners would be asked to contribute £200 to the installation of the new structures
